Is it okay to be emotional?


Hello to all the beautiful souls out there. You all are doing a great job, just keeping working hard.

This blog is just about you, about your emotions, about how you feel. I want you guys to ask yourself “is it okay to be emotional”? Being emotional is not a sign of weakness. Never ever apologize for being sensitive or emotional. It is your quality which makes you different from other individuals.


People are struggling these days to live a mentally stable and strong life. They don’t have a stable state of mind. I know you have got a big heart and i want you to know that it’s completely okay to cry, to break down at times but when you are done with that emotional shit, you have to come out like a strong person and try to never get emotional and sick for the same reason again.
Work on yourself and make yourself a strong headed person. Everyone has issues but don’t over stress yourself and let your mental health affected.

It’s okay not to be okay. It is totally fine to show your emotions and share your burden with your loved ones. Nobody can see your emotionally damaged mind, what they can only see is your changed behaviour.
Emotions can create problems that do not exist. It’s fine to be angry but it’s not okay to hold that anger for too long enough to become bitterness. You should know how to control your emotions so that it cannot control you.
Sometimes it’s better to break down in tears and show your emotions than to keep it all inside and not tell a single soul. It can damage you but very slowly so take good care of yourself and don’t let mental illness ruin your physical health as well. Let me tell you that mental health can ruin your physical health and vice versa. I am a strong person. I am dealing with my shit. I have cried myself to sleep. Picked myself back up and wiped my own tears. I get stronger day by day and I am thanking god for that.
You hate when people see you cry because you want to be that strong girl. At the same time, though, you hate how nobody notices how torn apart and broken you are.
You want to be heard and noticed but at the same time you don’t like attention and people sympathizing with you.
Let’s try and work on our emotional and mental health. Let’s support each other emotionally and share happiness.
