Do you believe in love?




Do you believe in love? 
I really doubt you do but let me tell you I completely believe in love and its power.

People are falling out of love these days.

There is less love and more hatred.

People are not running after love, they are running from love. (Weird but true)

This world is becoming an empty place where there is no space for love and kindness.

Why are we becoming emotionless? Why people are easily giving up their relationships or marriage.

Why there is no space for anyone else in their life?

People are running after money or property. These days, money has more value than human.

Why people are choosing money over love?

Maybe you are getting the money but you are still not happy. More than half of the population is suffering from mental health issues. People are suffering. Maybe you can’t heal them but just be with them. Give them positivity and motivation which can help them get out of their anxiety and other mental health issues.

I agree money is important but so is LOVE. Why are you so hungry for money that you are forgetting your relations be it mother, brother or a friend?

If you will share love then this world will be a beautiful place to live in.

Love yourself and love your family, friends, boyfriend, and husband.

Love has immense power that it can give hope to a dying man, it can make someone smile, it can make someone heal faster, and it can make your life beautiful.

Please don’t fall out of love, FALL IN LOVE.

Keep trying to fix your relationships. Don’t give up.

Your small efforts can give someone hope that life is good and everything will fall in place.

Just say that you love them and you will never give up on them.

People need assurance

Life is beautiful please don’t make it complicated.

Don’t let technology rule over us and taking the place of our emotions.

Sending the emoji won’t reflect your real feeling. So better meet and talk it out.

Mental health issues are ruling over us


Oh my GOD!

What is happening with our generation? What are we becoming?

We are a body full of anxiety and stress, breathing not living.

Our mental health is destroying and we are dealing with issues like anxiety, hypertension and lack of sleep. These mental health issues are ruling over us.

The world is really suffering. Every other day, I come across people who have some kind of mental health issue. My friend or their friends, relatives or their relatives, stranger’s texting on social media needing help. This is getting so common. Who would have thought that half of the world will suffer from mental health problems? Who would have thought that people will keep talking about this on social media channels? Who would have thought that this will ruin our life like this?

Why can’t we be happy with ourselves? Why our happiness is always dependent on something or somebody? Why? Why can’t we stop comparing ourselves? Why can’t we stop judging others? Why can’t we mind our bloody business?

Why can’t we be kind and helpful? Why can’t we value each other?

Why people are so mean and selfish these days? Why there is no human value left in us?

Please be human. Hurting someone can never make you happy.

Stay happy and radiate happy vibes.

We can totally heal ourselves and get rid of mental health issues. We can totally enjoy our lives and stay happy.

Start working on yourself. Start with a small change in your routine and behavior which can totally bring big changes in your life.

I will talk about things to do to make you better in my next post.

Let me tell you that karma is a bitch and whatever attitude, action, the vibe you are giving to someone will definitely come back to you, maybe not today but after 5 years but it will definitely come back.

Are you also suffering silently?

Are you the one who never shows his/her emotions to anyone, who never let anyone know that you are depressed and it's killing you deep inside.
I wish it was easy to present yourself as who you are, not what people want you to be.

Sometimes, you don’t share your problems or feelings with your family and friends because you don’t want to give them any kind of stress as they will be worried because YOU are worried, which will make you more worried. It’s complicated. Isn’t it?

It’s easy to pour your heart to a stranger than to your lover or family.

We never even get half the amount of love and care we give to our friends or partner and that hurts.
Expectation hurts.
Sometimes the strongest among us are the ones who smile through silent pain, cry behind closed doors and fight battles nobody knows about.

I suffer in silence. I don’t cry in front of people. I can smile despite how shitty things are. I will always put you before me. I love everyone more than I could ever love myself.

Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It’s like wanting friends but hates socializing. It’s like wanting to be alone, but not wanting to be lonely. It’s like feeling everything at once then feeling paralyzingly numb.

Can you relate?? 

Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also harder to bear.

It is easier to say “my tooth is aching “than to say “my heart is broken”

When people have anxiety then they can’t even manage simple tasks and what you are calling them is lazy. (SAD)

I want you all to understand people’s behavior and their love. Don’t blame them or leave them.
They may be fooling around by saying that they are so chilled out but in reality, they need you.

Be with them because you never know when the situation will get flipped.

Today you have everything but you can’t tell about the next moment.

Give your love, time, care, and laugh to these people. Try to understand them behind their fake smiles. Make them believe that you are permanent and you will always be with them. Help them to come out of their shell and be successful.

I am with you! I am YOU!

Read and repeat after me:
I am bent but not broken. I am scarred, but not disfigured. I am sad, but not hopeless. I am tired, but not lifeless. I am afraid, but not powerless. I am angry, but not bitter. I am depressed, but not giving up.

 Be a Buddy, not a Bully!

Have you ever been bullied?

People suffer from mental illness because of many reasons and getting bullied is one of them. It makes them weak.

Bullying makes them frail. They start losing their confidence and they feel scared to go out of their house to avoid people make fun of them.

I don’t understand why people make other people lives hell.

Sometimes they make fun of the other person just for fun but you have no idea how this can affect them. Some people take things personally so these things can destroy their self-confidence and make them suffer through various kind of mental illness.

They start hating talking to anyone. They feel scared, disturbed and start making worse scenarios in their head. Overthinking gives them anxiety.

Why are you ruining someone’s life? Why?

Everyone has a role to play in standing up to bullying so please play your role.

If ever you see anyone getting bullied please help them. They need your support. Report these cases to the agencies.

You know what’s cowardly?

Hurting someone so much that they want to end their lives.

It’s okay to dislike someone or even dislike someone for no reason. But it’s not okay to disrespect, degrade, and humiliate that person.

People do not die from suicide, they die from sadness.

Bullies cause depression .Depression causes suicide. Are u a murderer?

There are so many celebrities (Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Megan Fox, Rihanna who suffered from bullying. Bullying is not for common people. Even famous people have experienced this.

Stop bullying

Be your own THERAPIST


You have been nice to people all your past, love them, motivating them, trying to bring out the best in them.

You were kind and positive who always shared positivity. There is something special in you which people are attracted to.

You were their therapist but why can’t you heal yourself?

Why can’t you be your own therapist?

Let me tell you that you can totally do this, you can heal yourself.

You are strong but sometimes you need someone to believe in you and “WE” believe in you.

You have all that power and positivity but you want someone to say that loud and make you believe in it.

We are here to motivate you, guide you, love you when you can’t love yourself.

You are beautiful and you can achieve anything you want.

Just believe in yourself and sometimes give people the chance to be your therapist.

Our generation is Commitment-Phobic

You have learned to live with half-baked ideas, people and relationships but when someone comes along promising a full-fledged commitment - all hands on deck, all cards on the table - you panic.

And yet, you talk about finding love and a relationship that's built to last. But, how do you expect to find something everlasting when you don’t want commitment. We will soon enter an era when relationships-commitment, everlasting marriages and promises—become a thing of the past; a myth.

We swipe left in hopes of finding the right person. We try to order our soulmate like a request on swiggy.

We want the happily ever after, but we don’t want to put the effort in the here and now. We want a deep connection while keeping things shallow.

We are just so scared of having relationships – we want friends with benefits, Netflix and chill, nudes on Tinder. We want anything that will give us the impression of a relationship, without being in an actual relationship. We want to commit - a little, but not a lot. We don’t want to give a label to our relationship. We just want to hang out.

When things get too close to being real, we run. We hide. We leave.

We want to walk pretending that we don’t have emotions while wearing our heart on our sleeve, wanting to be needed by someone yet not wanting to need someone.

We are complicated or do I say we are only making it complicated.

We hide behind our busy schedules, our Goa trips, and weekend hangout, away from anything that may require us to be vulnerable.

We are a confused generation but we are a passionate one too. We don't walk away from responsibility so, get up and talk to your partner.

Stop complaining, and start living.

Listen to your heart and be sure of your feelings.

Don’t be afraid of commitments because in the end you also want that.

Don’t let it go.

Are you old enough to have that MENTAL DISORDER?

Mental issues like anxiety, image-conscious, hypertension, stress, etc are affecting everybody even teenager’s as well. Just imagine how bad it is to know that it is affecting people who don’t even
know how to deal with themselves then how about dealing with these issues.

Whether you are a teenager or in your 20’s or 30s, you are somehow affected by this.

Nothing gets serious and severe all of sudden. Your mental health issues always start with small problems and discomforts. Whenever you start feeling any kind of trembling, your mind is heavy, over-emotional, eating disorder or any unusual thing with yourself, please visit a doctor. By the doctor, I don’t mean the therapist.
If it has just started then you just need to consult the normal doctor, (Allopathic, Homeopathic or Ayurveda). Sometimes talking to them will solve your problems with little bit medication.

Practicing meditation and yoga for only 20 minutes daily can actually heal most of your problems. Let’s try and stop it before it gets severe.

Please share your problems, speak about it. Asking for help is okay. Sometimes, it’s easy to share your thoughts and problems with strangers than to your friends and family.
You won’t believe but words can actually heal people. Say good things to people, compliment them, motivate them. They might need it at this point of time without knowing it.  Let’s end this stigma about mental health and start accepting it.I will be more than happy if I can contribute to this movement even in a small way.
